Home Lending Rates Remain Incredibly Low

As the world is still trying to decide what to do in the wake of the 2008 real estate crisis that crippled the financial services industry and drove many people out of homes that they had been in for years, many strategies were implemented on both sides of the ball to try to save the failing mortgage industry.
